Maximus Media offers a four-step Online ordering process: Finalizing the items in your Shopping Cart Completing shipping / billing information Submiting your order Receiving an order confirmation Step 1: Shopping Cart The shopping cart contains all the items you selected while shopping. Now you can add or delete items, and change quantities. Step 2: Shipping and Billing You are asked to provide your billing / shipping address as well as credit card info Step 3: Submiting Your Order Your order will be submited with Internet Secure for review. Step 4: Order Confirmation A final summary and confirmation of your order will be emailed, along with the phone number for Customer Service in case you need assistance. Delivery Policy: We are located in Canada, and have a drop ship centre in the USA. All orders usually ship from Canada, but we rely on our US shipping center for items that are out of stock, or that need to be expedited for faster delivery. US orders typically ship via USPS priority, and are usually received anywhere from 4-15 business days. Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. If however your order is urgent, let us know and we can prioritize this. Subsequent costs may apply. Canadian orders are usually processed within 2-3 days, and ship airmail (unless local). Actual delivery can take up to 8-10 business days after payment is made. International orders are processed within 3 business days, and are shipped either airmail, or Global Priority. Delivery time varies according to country, and method of shipment. Please allow 1- 8 weeks, depending on your location. Shipping and handling fees: (NOTE: Some titles have multiple discs per case. Cancellation Policy: We will accept cancellation of your order, provided we have not shipped the goods. Once the goods are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted, but you may return the goods, under our satisfaction guarantee. In all such cases you are responsible for the cost of shipping. Satisfaction Guarantee: At Maximus Media we strive in every way to make your experience with us a positive one. That is why we offer a playability guarantee on all movies. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return any unopened movies with a detailed explanation of why you were unsatisfied within 30 days of purchase date and you will receive a replacement or different movie title of equal value. Products must be in the original packaging.  Products must be shipped back to Maximus Media at the customers’ expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Replacements will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Refunds are given only on special consideration, and should be discussed PRIOR to the return of any product to us. Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded.  If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds.  These rules apply even if you refuse any package at door. Foreign orders which are detained or confiscated by Customs are not subject for refund.
